What you buy: one personalised household handbook (A4 print PDF + phone PDF) written from the details you give us, in English plus one of Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia or Burmese, for SGD 39 (one-off, no subscription).

Delivery: on your private order page within 24 hours of receiving your paid order and household details. One round of edits included (send them within 14 days of delivery).

Payment: by card through Stripe hosted checkout. We never see your card number. Card statements show LAUKI* HELPERGUIDE; payments are processed by our billing entity, Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd.

Refunds: see refunds.

Not advice: the handbook describes your own household routines. Mentions of rest days, the Settling-in Programme or other MOM requirements quote MOM's published text with a link; we give no legal, employment, medical or financial advice. Check MOM's current pages for your obligations. HelperGuide is not affiliated with the Ministry of Manpower or any employment agency.

Your content: you confirm the details are yours to share and don't ask for anything unlawful or degrading. We may decline an order (and refund in full) if they do. The handbook is yours to print and share in your household.

Liability: limited to the amount you paid. Governed by the laws of Singapore.
