Sample HelperGuide handbook cover, English and Tagalog

Agency templates are generic. Your home isn't.

Every household runs differently: who wakes when, which child has an allergy, how Ah Ma walks, which switch is the water heater, what happens on rest day. Explaining it all in the first week, across a language gap, is hard on both of you. HelperGuide writes it down once, clearly, in both languages, so she can re-read it any time instead of guessing.

Questions

Who translates? We write it from your answers in short, plain English, then translate it into her language with AI translation tools and check it line by line against the English. The English sits next to every line, so you both see exactly what it says. If any line reads wrong to her, tell us and we fix it free.
Which languages?Tagalog (Filipino), Bahasa Indonesia and Burmese (Myanmar), each side by side with English.
Is this legal advice about employing a helper? No. We write your house routines. Where the handbook mentions rest days or the Settling-in Programme, it quotes MOM's published text and links to it. MOM's current page is the authority.
What do you do with my answers? We use them only to write your handbook, never share or sell them, and delete them 180 days after delivery (sooner on request). Don't enter ID or passport numbers; we don't need them. See privacy.
What if I'm not happy? One round of edits is included. Not delivered within 24 hours of your details, or not usable after edits: full refund. See refunds.
