Refunds

Full refund if we haven't delivered within 24 hours of your paid order and details, or if you ask before we start writing.

Not right? One round of edits is included. If the handbook still isn't usable after edits, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Email hello@gethelperguide.com with the email you paid with.
